Design in a System - 2020
Makeup Hub is an idea for an app I came up with in my Design Process and Context Systems course fall of 2020. The goal of this project was to use three different forms in order to create a design and demonstrate how design functions in a system. I chose to create an app that has the capabilities to give the user personalized beauty recommendations, along with stores where the consumer can buy the product, and a price breakdown. The app is designed to enhance the customer experience via convenience and simplicity, the user interface includes all features in one accessible place.
The app is meant to combine all the factors someone would look for when shopping for makeup products. The app allows the user to see products that would match their shade, skin type, best reviewed, and other factors as well as show a price comparison in stores and amongst products.
